Hi, I'm Albertus.

I'm a software engineer, husband, and dad.

I've been tinkering with computers since I was a teenager and somehow turned that into a career. I still love making software that feels good to use and disappearing down technical rabbit holes.

I work at Speechify, build an AI personal finance project on the side, and write here when I have something worth writing down.

Away from the laptop, I spend most of my time with my family, lifting, running, making coffee, watching anime or Japanese dramas, and occasionally playing games.
